One record, from every AI tool in use.

HammerCapture collects AI interactions from the tools an organisation already uses, coding agents and chat tools alike, and brings them into one record the organisation owns. The originals are kept exactly as each tool wrote them, and the content stays sealed.

From the record, HammerCapture reads what happened in each interaction: the attempts the AI made and what the person did with them. Each decision is marked as recorded, derived with its evidence attached, or not known. Nothing is guessed.

The AI tools an organisation uses already keep logs, one tool at a time. HammerCapture reads them where they are, or collects them where they are not, into one record the organisation owns. It then derives what the logs alone do not show: what each person decided about each AI output, and who did the work. Every use reads the same record.

The uses of the record

Once the record exists, it answers questions that arrive later.

Incident investigation

When a prompt must be examined, the record bounds the investigation: which account, which model, what class of data, what was returned.

Attribution for patents and IP

What was derived by a person and what by a model, answered from evidence made at the time rather than reconstruction.

R&D tax substantiation

Contemporaneous evidence of experimentation, added to the records already used to support SR&ED and section 41 claims.

Connector decisions

Which integrations are actually invoked, and on what data, so the organisation can decide which to permit.

Evidence of human review

Whether an output was accepted, edited, or rejected, and by whom. The cheapest proof that human oversight was real.

Regulatory record keeping

Audit logs and activity records required in regulated sectors, held by the organisation rather than requested from a vendor.

Institutional knowledge

The reasoning behind decisions becomes retrievable by the organisation instead of leaving with the employee or being deleted on schedule.

Who we are

HammerAI was founded by practitioners in R&D tax governance, forensic accounting, and enterprise compliance, with twenty years of work defending claims before the CRA, the IRS, and regulatory bodies across North America. We have spent careers working with records of how work was done. HammerAI is the software we wished existed.
