HammerCapture collects AI interactions from the tools an organisation already uses, coding agents and chat tools alike, and brings them into one record the organisation owns. The originals are kept exactly as each tool wrote them, and the content stays sealed.
From the record, HammerCapture reads what happened in each interaction: the attempts the AI made and what the person did with them. Each decision is marked as recorded, derived with its evidence attached, or not known. Nothing is guessed.
