The mission
Today that work is the record. AI usage is fragmented across tools, and the interaction data is among the richest data a person or an organisation produces. We collect it, archive it, and harvest the reasoning patterns inside it: the direction given, what was accepted, what was rejected, what was corrected.
What we believe
The individual or the organisation owns this data and should improve from its own usage directly. Part of that is possible today; the rest arrives as the record grows. Until then the data compounds: collected, archived, leveraged.
This is nobody else's job. Personalization inside one tool is a feature of that tool. A record across every tool belongs to its owner, and we sit on the owner's side of the data.
Who we are
HammerAI was founded as a partnership between Dover Forensics and InnovCap Consultancy: practitioners in forensic accounting, R&D tax governance, and enterprise compliance, with twenty years of work defending claims before the CRA, the IRS, and regulatory bodies across North America.
We have spent careers working with records of how work was done, and reconstructing them after the fact when they did not exist. HammerAI is the software we wished existed.
